The Ruthwell Cross Mouse naming

Hello, I’m The Ruthwell Cross mouse, I’ve been sleeping on the side of The Cross for over 1,300 years! 

It’s been so long that I’ve forgotten what my name is, so I need your help to select a new one. 

I’m holding a competition and the winning entry will get a prize.

You can submit your entry by taking a photo or scan and attaching the file to the Form below.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

Entries need to be submitted by Wednesday 9 September 2026.

All your entries will be displayed in the Church to celebrate the arrival of

a painted replica of The Ruthwell Cross at a special service on Sunday 13 September at 6:30pm.
